Hello rally riders! On-line registration is now open for the 2012 CA State H.O.G. Rally, called "California Passes."
We are so excited about this year's rally. If you rode the 2010 rally, you'll really love the ride this year. If you have never participated in a rolling/touring rally, then give it a shot; we know you will be pleasantly surprised as to just how much fun you will have and what an amazing journey it will be.
This year's theme is California Passes. We will give you suggestions for touring what we feel are the best riding passes in all of California, 44 total passes are a part of the California Passes game. 28 Dealerships are also participating in the California Passes Game.

About the Rally
This year's rally is made up of three components: the California Passes Game, Day Rides and the Touring Ride.
Our rally this year starts in Santa Maria which is located on the central coast of California. Come a little early and enjoy riding near the Pacific Ocean where the rolling hills of mid-state California grows some of the best grapes in the world. We have an opening ceremony at the Santa Maria Harley-Davidson dealership. If you participated in 2010 you know how well Santa Maria Harley-Davidson and their H.O.G. Chapter treats rally riders! From Santa Maria, we will ride over the coastal mountain range to Visalia located near the base of the mighty, majestic Sierra Nevada mountains. Visalia Harley-Davidson and their newly formed H.O.G. Chapter will host a party and BBQ at the Dealership.
On Thursday morning we depart Visalia where our primary route takes us through Yosemite National Park across Tioga Pass at 9,943 feet in elevation to Mammoth Lakes at a cool 7,800 feet. From Mammoth Lakes you have the option of riding back over any number of mountain passes we have selected. Passes include Sonora, Monitor, Ebbits, and Donner to name just a few. There are lots of options for your ride to our final destination which is our state capital - Sacramento.
Harley-Davidson of Sacramento and their H.O.G. Chapter have a great party planned for us Friday night with entertainment and a wonderful meal. For our final day of the rally, we will have a variety of local rides and games planned along with a few surprises. Most nights we have a hosted party planned.
This event will offer you the opportunity to ride some of most beautiful roads and mountain passes around. In addition to amazing roads and passes, you can count on plenty of food and parties . . . everything a Harley rider loves!
